Originally from Puglia, Teodosio is a winemaker and founder of Vinifare Group, a consulting firm specializing in technical support for wineries. He graduated with top honors in Viticulture and Enology from the University of Pisa and later specialized in Wine Science and Technology. Today, he advises numerous wineries across Puglia, with a focus on quality, the enhancement of native grape varieties, and innovation. He is the author of several scientific publications in the field of enology.

Sicilian tradition, global soul.
Accomplished winemaker and viticulturist with extensive experience in premium wine production across Italy, France, the U.S., Australia, New Zealand and Canada. Expertise in grape growing, fermentation, blending and aging of indigenous and international varieties. Strong background in sustainable viticulture, vineyard operations, winemaking team leadership, project development, and negotiation & sales. Passionate about terroir-driven wines, Italian varieties, and innovative winemaking techniques.
