Our collection comes from a travel trip —a real journey through the most authentic terroirs of South Italy. In that itinerary we searched for small hidden vineyards, listened to the stories of the places, felt the breath of the earth.

Who we are

Premura was born from the vision of two enologists from the South, Teodosio D’Apolito (Apulia) and Giuseppe Alfano Burruano (Sicily), who select vineyards of lesser known but rich in character to tell the great southern reds.
