PRESS AND ACCETATION OF CONDITIONSI

These General Conditions govern the sale of the products offered on the site.

The user, by placing an order, declares that he has read and fully accepted these conditions.

The Data Controller reserves the right to change the General Conditions at any time. The changes will be effective from the publication on the site.

REGISTRATION TO THE SITE

Purchasing is only allowed to older users.

Registration is free and requires the insertion of true and complete data.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and activities through your account.

The Data Controller reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts in the event of improper use or violation of conditions.

PRODUCTS

The site offers wine and related products.

The images are illustrative and may not represent the product perfectly.

Product availability may vary without notice.

PRICE

All prices are expressed in Euro and include VAT.

Shipping costs are indicated during the purchase process.

The Owner reserves the right to change the prices at any time; the price applied at the time of the order remains valid.

ACQUISTO PROCEDURE AND PAYMENTS

Your order is a contractual proposal.

The contract is considered concluded at the time of confirmation of the order by the Owner, sent by email.

Payments can be made by:

  • credit/debit card
  • PayPal
  • other methods indicated on the site

Payments are managed by secure external providers. The site does not have access to payment data.

EXPECIAL

Shipments are made within the time indicated on the site (usually 24/72 hours for Italy).

Any delays not attributable to the Owner (e.g. couriers, force majeure) do not involve liability.

When delivery, the user is required to verify the integrity of the parcel and report any damage to the carrier.

WARNING AND CONFORMATION

In the event of defective or non-compliant products, you are entitled to change or refund.

In the case of defective wine, the bottle can be returned (containing at least 70% of the product).

RECESS LAW

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you are entitled to withdraw within 14 days of delivery.

To exercise the withdrawal you must send notice to:

Conditions:

  • the product must be intact and unopened
  • must be returned in the original packaging
  • must be accompanied by proof of purchase

Return fees are borne by the user.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return.

⚠️ ECCETIONS TO RECESS RIGHT

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the cases provided for in Article 59 of the Consumer Code, including:

  • open or used products
  • goods that risk deteriorating rapidly

RESPONSIBILITY

The Data Controller is not responsible for:

  • indirect damage or loss of data
  • malfunctions not dependent on the site
  • delays caused by third parties or greater force
